Our apps

Nemus and Tempus are single-user experiences. We do not collect personal information from within the apps — no accounts, no tracking, no telemetry. When you buy or download an app, the transaction is handled entirely by the storefront you use (Steam, the Apple App Store, or itch.io) under that store’s own privacy policy. We never see your payment details, and any data those platforms collect is governed by their policies, not this one.

This website & our email list

If you sign up for our email list, we collect the email address you provide so we can let you know when an app launches or updates. That’s the only personal data we collect, and only if you choose to give it.

• We will never sell, rent, or share your email address.
• You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, and we’ll remove your address on request.
• Our website does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking analytics.

Children’s privacy

Our apps are suitable for all ages, but they are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

If we update this policy, we’ll post the new version here with a revised effective date.
